Subscribe or Die
The ownership book. Not simply subscriptions as a business model, but what happens when convenience slowly replaces possession—and what that changes about value, loyalty, control and the relationship between a customer and the things they use. Cars, software, entertainment and everyday products become different examples of the same larger shift: from buying something to continually paying for access to it. The question underneath it is whether the customer actually gained freedom—or quietly surrendered some of it.
